【摘要】 实验制备重组人小肠三叶因子 (rhITF) ,用乙醇诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型研究该蛋白在体内的预防和治疗效果。先用 90 %的乙醇 1ml诱发溃疡 ,然后分不同的时间和不同的剂量尾静脉注射rhITF ,以牛血清白蛋白作对照。结果发现在胃溃疡发生 1h前注射 0 2～ 1mg的rhITF有明显的预防保护作用 ;而溃疡发生后 0 5～5h ,静脉注射 0 2～ 1mg的rhITF有较好的治疗作用更多还原
