【摘要】 目的 :建立木香药材的质量评价标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定了 2 2批药材及饮片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。色谱柱为C18柱 (6 0mm× 15 0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (6 5∶35 ) ,检测波长为 2 2 5nm。结果 :定量方法简单 ,快速 ,准确。木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的回收率分别为 99 6 % ,98 4% ;RSD(n =5 )分别为 1 2 % ,1 8%。结论 :该方法可做控制木香质量用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the quality standard of Radix Aucklandiae.Methods:Costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in 22 samples from different sources and markets were determined by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions:Shim-pack CLC-ODS column(6 0 mm×150 mm),methanol-water(65∶35)as the mobile phase,wavelength:225 nm.Results:The method was simple,rapid and accurate.The recovery rate of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were 99 6% and 98 4%, RSD ( n =5) were separately 1 2% and 1 8%.Conclusion:The method was reliable for quality control of Radix Aucklandiae.更多还原
