【摘要】 目的 :首次测定川牛膝中主要成分杯苋甾酮的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱YWGC18,流动相为甲醇 -水 (35∶6 5 ) ,流速 1mL·min-1,检测波长 2 43nm。结果 :杯苋甾酮在 0 0 34～ 0 2 7μg范围内线性良好。杯苋甾酮的平均加样回收率为 98 35 % ,RSD为± 1 6 % (n =5 )。结论 :本方法简便、快捷 ,重现性好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine cyasterone in Radix Cyathulae.Methods:The separation was performed on YWG C 18 column with methanol-water(35∶65) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min -1 .The wavelength for measurement was 243 nm.Results:According to the selected chromatographic conditions,the calibration case of cyasterone was linear in the range of 0 034～0 27 μg.The average recoveries of cyasterone was (98 35±1 6)%, n =5.Conclusion:The method is easy and rapid,with good reproducibility.更多还原
