【摘要】 目的 :用组织化学和动物实验方法观察盐酸四环素根管给药后局部组织的反应 ,探讨其作为根管治疗术用药的前景。方法 :荧光显微镜观察。结果 :经盐酸四环素处理的根管 ,近髓端 1/ 3～ 1/ 2处的牙本质小管可见四环素特有的荧光染色像。动物实验各期置入体及其周围组织中均可见四环素荧光染色像。结论 :盐酸四环素可作为感染根管、牙髓、根尖周等疾病的局部治疗用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the reaction of the topical tissue by using tetracycline-HCI as a root canal treatment and discuss the future of tetracycline in that treatment. Methods: Fluorescence microscope observations. Results:The fluorescent stain of tetracycline was found in the dentinal tubule near pulp 1/3～1/2 from the root canal and in all the implants. Conclusion: It is suggested that tetracycline-HCI is a local remedy for diseased root canal, dental pulp and apical periodontitis etc. [更多还原
