切变/冷却轧制法制备LY11半固态合金
Manufacturing Semi-solid LY11 by Shear Cooling Roll Process
【摘要】 用切变冷却轧制法制备LY1 1半固态合金时 ,由于轧辊可提供很大的剪切力 ,工具与坯料易于控制冷却 ,此方法比传统的流变工艺更具优越性。研究表明用该方法可制得细小均匀的球状或椭球状晶粒的LY1 1半固态合金。并研究了浇注温度对晶粒大小的影响。发现浇注温度高于临界温度约 750℃时 ,对晶粒大小影响不明显 ,浇注温度低于 750℃时 ,晶粒随浇注温度降低而明显减小。在给定工艺条件下 ,最佳浇注温度为 730℃。
【Abstract】 During manufacturing semi solid LY11 by shear Cooling Roll process,big shear force is obtained,alloys and tools are cooled easily under control.So SCR process excels conventional rheocasting process. Through the tests, it is shown that the fine and even grains with spherical or ellipse structure can be attanied.When pouring temperature is higher than the critical value(about 750℃), the effect of pouring temperature on grain size is not obvious. On the contrary when the temperature is lower than 750℃,the grain sizes become finer as pouring temperature decrease. At experimental conditions, the optimization pouring temperature is 730℃.
