【摘要】 目的 :应用设计臀部筋膜蒂皮瓣修复较难治疗的、脊髓损伤后发生的骶部褥疮。方法 :对 13例较大面积的骶部褥疮 ,采用设计的臀部旋转筋膜蒂皮瓣修复。术中的关键主要保护筋膜的完整性 ,彻底清除褥疮的炎性肉芽组织及坏死组织 ,无张力缝合。结果 :全部病例一期愈合。结论 :臀部旋转筋膜蒂皮瓣术式 ,操作简单 ,血运好、耐磨、耐压 ,是修复骶部褥疮较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To repair pars saoralis bed sore whick was difficult to treat and after the spinal cord injury was happened,the hip aponeurosis pedicle skin flap application was desigred.Methods:13 cases of big area of pars saoralis bed sore,the desigred hip rotary aporeurosis pedicle skin flap coas used.The key of the operation was to protect the aponeurosis completely,washouted the inflammatory incarnative tissua and necrotic tissue of the bed sore,and sutured intensively.Results:13 cases were healed primary conclusion:that was certificated the hip rotary aponeurosis pedicle skin flap operation procedure was simple,blood supplied sufficinently,it was pressure proof and good abrasion,it was an ideal method for repairing pars saoralis bed sore.更多还原
