【摘要】 目的 :探讨p16蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法观察 80例大肠癌、大肠腺瘤及正常粘膜中 p16蛋白的表达情况。结果 :大肠癌组织 p16蛋白阳性表达率为 40 0 % ,低于正常粘膜及腺瘤中的表达(P <0 .0 5 ) ,其阳性表达率在癌组织的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及病人生存时间等方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :大肠癌组织中存在 p16蛋白的缺失和突变 ,且p16蛋白在大肠癌癌细胞的增殖和分化中起重要的调控作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of p16 protein in human colorectal carcinoma and its clinical implication.Method:The expression of p16 protein was determined by immunohistochemical method in 30 cases of human colorectal carcinoma,and compared with that in adenoma and normal mucosa.Results:The positive rates of p16 protein expression in the 30 cases were 40.0%.The expression level of p16 in cancerous tissue is lower than that in normal mucosa and adenoma (P<0.05).The positive rates of p16 expression in different pathological gradings\,post-operative survival (3 years) and lymph node metastasis showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclutions:The deletion and mution of p16 protein exist in human colorectal carcinoma,and p16 protein plays and important role in proliferation and differentiation of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
