【摘要】 目的 :探讨肾脏损伤手术治疗的适应症、手术时机和手术方法。方法 :对行手术治疗的 6 2例肾脏损伤者进行回顾性分析。结果 :肾切除率 5 6 45 % ,部分肾切除加肾修补术 17 74% ,单纯肾修补术占 9 6 8% ,其他保肾治疗12 90 % ,死亡 1例。结论 :对开放性肾损伤、有隐匿性病灶的肾损伤和严重肾损伤者应及早手术治疗 ,并尽量行保肾治疗 ,如肾部分切除、肾修补术及带蒂大网膜肾包绕术等更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the indication\,the chance and the methods of renal injuries operation.Methods:62 cases of renal injuries operation were reviewed.Results:The rate of nephrectomy was 56.45%,the rate of renal repair and partial nephrectomy was 17.74%,the rate of only renal repair was 9.68%,other operation of preserved kidney 12.90%,1 cases died.Conclusions:It must be operated early in the opening renal injuries\,pathagenic renal injuries and severe renal injuries.The renal repair\,partial nephrectomy and wrappring a lacerated kidney with pedicled omental grat must be doing as many as possibl.更多还原
