【摘要】 制备安全性的广谱型抗菌整理剂。AV氨基硅油与烷基化试剂WL摩尔比1∶2 ,在80℃反应4h合成有机硅季铵盐类抗菌整理剂CL,并对其整理织物性能进行测定。CL抗菌织物有较强的抗菌效果 ,洗涤50次后抑菌率仍大于90% ,对皮肤无刺激 ,安全性高 ,对织物的染色牢度、色光也无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 An anti-bacterial finishing agent which is safe and has wide spectrum of antibiotic has be prepared. The silicone quaternary ammonium salt based anti-bacterial finishing agent CL was synthesized with AV amino-silicone oil and alkylated reagent WL(mole ratio=1∶2) at 80℃ × 4h. The properties of the fabric treated with it were evaluated. The results showed that the treated fabric had better anti-biotic effect with bacterial inhibition rate more than 90 percent after 50 cycles of washing. It is safe highly, not irritating to the human skin and has not obvious effect colour fastnees and shade of the treated fabric.更多还原
