时空坐标转换理论与时栅位移传感器研究
Study on the Theory of Time-space Coordinate Transformation and the Time Grating Displacement Sensor
【摘要】 剖析了各种调制式位移传感器工作原理和数学模型 ,按照“用时间测量空间”的思路 ,借助于伽里略变换 ,首次提出“带时间考查点的相对运动双坐标系”思想 ,将位置之差变成时间之差进行测量 ,最终抽象总结成为一套时空坐标转换的新理论 ,由此指导设计出一种全新的位移传感器——时栅。
【Abstract】 The work principle and mathematical model of various modulation displacement sensors are analyzed. Based on the idea of “measuring space by time” and the Galilean Transformation, it proposes for the first time the idea of “relative motion dual coordinate with points for time check”, and transforms the difference of space into the difference of time to measure. And then, a theory of time space coordinate transformation and a new displacement sensor called Time Grating are developed.
