双目视觉传感器的现场标定技术
A Field Calibration Technique for Binocular Vision Sensor
【摘要】 本文以透视投影变换为依据 ,针对多视觉传感器检测系统中的双目视觉传感器 ,建立了双目视觉传感器测量空间三维坐标的模型 ,事先确定摄像机的部分不易变化的参数 ,其它参数在摄像机安装到整个系统后进行现场标定。该方法不需精确调整标定靶标 ,标定环境与实际测量环境完全相同 ,减少了安装传感器对标定参数的影响。实验结果表明 ,该标定方法能获得0 .0 5 m m的空间精度
【Abstract】 In terms of perspective projection transformation, a mathematical model is proposed for the binocular vision sensor being applied to multisensor vision inspection system. Some parameters of CCD camera which are unaffected by mounting the camera can be got beforehand, other parameters of the sensor can be calibrated on spot after the sensor has been mounted to the whole vision inspection system. The present approach greatly reduces the effects of mounting the sensor and differences of condition between calibrating and measuring on the calibration accuracy. Moreover, there isn’t necessary for adjusting the calibration target accurately. The experimental results prove that the present approach is right and the obtained accuracy is 0.05mm.
