长输管道壁厚安全系数模糊综合评判

【摘要】 在长输管道壁厚安全系数设计中,通常是按推荐的公式进行的,其腐蚀余量本身是一个模糊灰色量值。若壁厚安全系数过大,将造成较大的投资浪费,过小则会影响管道的安全运行。在分析影响长输管道安全系数的基础上,利用模糊综合评判方法,建立了确定长输管道最佳壁厚安全系数的评价模型及评价方法,并进行了实例分析。

【Abstract】 The design of safety coefficient of thickness for long-distance pipeline is based on some recommanded formula,and the corrosion allowance of thickness itself is a fuzzy value. If the coefficient is insufficient in design,the operation of pipeline will not be safe,and on the contrary,it will not be cost-effective in pipeline investment. On the basis of the method of fuzzy synthetical evaluation,the evaluation model and evaluation method have been established for the optimal pipe thickness of long-distance pipeline. In this paper,a case analysis on the fuzzy synthetical evaluation has been carried out.
