克拉玛依油田火驱开发参数的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 在油藏条件一定的情况下 ,可通过设计合理的开发参数来提高火驱开发的效果。该文以克拉玛依油田六东区为例 ,用数值模拟的方法研究了井网、井距、注气速度、燃烧方式 (干式燃烧或湿式燃烧 )、湿烧水气比及湿烧的时间等主要参数的影响。结果表明 ,反九点井网优于反七点与反五点 ,由空气油比与采收率确定的合理井距为 10 0m ,注气速度为 2× 10 4 m3 /d。湿式燃烧能提高采收率与降低空气油比 ,其合理的时机是燃烧距离达到 2 5 % ,水气比为1.5kg/m3 。

【Abstract】 It has well been known that the combustion drive development of heavy oil reservoir can be improved by optimizing the operational parameters under certain reservoir conditions. Taking a reservoir in the eastern 6th area of Kelamayi oil field as an example, this paper presents the effects of the main parameters on combustion development. The parameters include well pattern and space, air injection rate, combustion type (dry or wet), water-air ratio (WAR) in wet combustion and the start time of water injection for wet combustion. According to the air to oil production ratio and recovery, it is concluded that the production in inverted 9 spot pattern is higher than those in inverted 7 spot and inverted 5 spot, the wet combustion is superior to dry combustion in improving the recovery and making the ratio of air to oil production decrease. Finally the optimized operation parameters are given with 100m well space, 20×10 3Sm 3/d air rate, water injection at combustion front of 25% well space and WAR of 1.5kg/Sm 3.
