粉煤灰快速固化原理与应用研究

【摘要】 本文从粉煤灰结构和矿物组成人手,采用酸、碱等物质进行了粉煤灰溶解、胶体形成和胶体固化试验,解决了长期以来粉煤灰凝结速度慢、固化强度低、利用困难等问题,为便于工业上大规模应用,采用另一类废渣(氟石膏)为溶蚀剂取得了粉煤灰快速固化技术的成功。

【Abstract】 This paper has studied successfully dissolution, formation and colloid solidification of fly ash using acid or alkaline materials based on structure and mineral constitution of fly ash to solve the problem that fly ash is cemented slowly, solidified in low strength and utilized difficultly. Another waste dregs(fluorine gypsum) is used as peptizing agent of fly ash to facilitate industry application.
