家兔脑出血模型的建立及脑血清对该模型脑组织含水量的影响
The Setting Up of Animal Model of Cerebral Haemorrhage in Rabbits And Nao Xueqing Granule’s Effect to the Water Contentin Brain
【摘要】 介绍采用天然骨缝标志定位 ,注入自体动脉血复制家兔脑出血模型的方法 ,并观察了中药脑血清对该模型脑组织含水量的影响。结果提示 :该药能明显减轻脑出血家兔的脑组织含水量 ,可减轻脑水肿。
【Abstract】 Thesettingupmethodofanimalmodelofcerebralhaemorrhageinrabbitswasintro duced .Autobloodwasinjectedintorabbit’sinternalcapsulebynaturalostealmark .TheeffectofNao Xueqing (NXQ)Granule’swasstudedalso .TheresultsshowedthatNXQcanreducethewatercontent inbrainandthebrainedemainrabbits .
