电针对大鼠全脑cAMP和cGMP含量的影响
Effect of Electroacupuncture on Contents of cAMP and cGMP in whole brain of Rats
【摘要】 运用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定大鼠电针前后全脑cAMP和cGMP含量的变化。结果显示 :电针在提高大鼠痛阈的同时 ,使全脑cAMP含量显著降低 (P <0 0 5) ,提示中枢环核苷酸可能参与针刺镇痛。
【Abstract】 The contents of cAMP and cGMP in the whole brain of rats before and after electroacupuncture have been determined with radioimmunoassay, the result shows that electroacupuncture can expand rat’s pain threshold and reduce the contents of cAMP and cGMP in the whole brain at the same time, which suggests that central cAMP and cGMP may probably particpate in acupuncture analgesia.
