改变用肥战略,控制“面源”污染
Control on Fertilizer Area Pollution
【摘要】 滇池入湖污染负荷中 ,农业化肥引起的面源污染 ,总氮占 53% ,总磷占 4 2 % ,施用到农田的化肥 ,作物有效利用率仅 15%~ 30 %。必须用法制和经济手段来减少和控制化肥的生产量和施用量 ,大力研制和推广使用有机肥和微生物肥
【Abstract】 Farming fertilizer in the pollutant load in the Dianchi Lake gives rise to the area pollution.Total nitrogen accounts for 53% and the total phosphorus accounts for 42%.The effectiveness of the fertilizer in the farmland reaches only 15%-30%.The legal and economic measures should be taken to reduce and control the output and application of the fertilizer.Efforts should be given to the research and popularization of organic and microbio-fertilizer.
