778诱导剂对植物生长状况及抗冷性变化的影响
The Effect of 778-inductor to Plants Growth and Resistance
【摘要】 经不同质量浓度的 778诱导剂处理过的 2个水稻品种 (丽粳 2号 ,十和田 ) ,在 (2 5± 1)℃ ,2 5 0 0lx的温箱中生长到二叶期的结果 :质量浓度为 33 .33g/L的抑制水稻的生长 ,2 5 .0 0g/L的为水稻生长的最适浓度 .在二叶期水稻的叶片上喷洒相应质量浓度的试剂 ,置于低温 (0± 1)℃ ,4d ,恢复 1d后 ,统计存活率 .经质量浓度为 33 .33g/L的试剂处理过的幼苗存活率最高 .抗冷品种 (丽粳 2号 )各质量浓度下的水稻幼苗的存活率均高于不抗冷品种 .西双版纳香荚兰种植基地的香荚兰在遭受了前后 2次 (0± 1)℃天然冻害后 ,在恢复生长过程中 ,对其分别给予了 778诱导剂 ,BR - 12 0的喷洒处理 .通过对不同部位香荚兰叶片的超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的测定发现 ,低温胁迫后的香荚兰植株 ,喷洒了BR - 12 0和 778诱导剂的植株 ,叶片中的SOD ,POD酶活性均高于对照植株
【Abstract】 Two types of rice seedlings (lijing 2 and shihetian)were treated by 778 inductor of varied densities and put them in the green house(25±1)℃,2500lx).In diplophyllous phase of rice seedlings,they were spayed with 778jnductor of relevant densities and put them under low temperature(0±1)℃,dark,4?d.After one days recovery,added up to the live rate.The densities of 25.00?g/L was fittest to grow.The seedlings treated by the density 33.33?g/L had the highest Live rate.As the types as can be concerned,shihetian grew better than Lijing2,but the latter has higher resistance to low temperature.The Vanilla planted in the garden of XishuangBanNa was suffered low temperature (0±1)℃ and during their recovery, was treated by 778inductor and BR-120(10 -5 ?μg/L and 10 -3 ?μg/L).Then,it was tested the SOD activities and POD activities in the leaves which chosen from different parts.The findings could be seen that the SOD activities and POD activities in the leaves treated by 778 inductor and BR-120 were mostly higher than control.
