海洛因类滥用人员尿液中代谢产物吗啡的HPLC分离研究(Ⅱ)

【摘要】 运用HPLC -荧光检测器在 2种柱子 (μBondapakC18和 μBondapakCN)柱上进行了不同的流动相系统条件对海洛因类吸食人员尿液中代谢产物吗啡分离测定的试验 ,并比较了先碱后酸的样品提取方式中的几种影响条件 ,得出了 1批样品的实测结果 .最小检测限质量浓度为 0 .98μg·mL-1.

【Abstract】 Experiments of separation and determination of morphine as a metabolite in urine of heroin addicts have been done.The effects of different systems of mobile phases on the two kinds of columns and the separation effects of two columns(μBondapak C 18 and μBondapak CN) have been compared.Several conditions of the sample processing procedure of acid substance extract following basic hydrosis have been discussed.Sample determination results were obtained by HPLC with fluorescence detector.
