云南松接入小蠹伴生真菌后韧皮中过氧化物酶的变化

【摘要】 云南松树干接入纵坑切梢小蠹伴生真菌后,其韧皮部反应区内过氧化物酶活性显著提高,过氧化物酶同工酶出现1~3条新酶带.但在不同水分状况下,过氧化物酶活性有差异.水分状况较差的地点,酶活性高于水分状况较好的地点;且其变化幅度较大.在水分状况较好的地点,云南松接入真菌后反应区长度和真菌生长长度较长于水分状况较差的样地.上述酶活性变化与云南松接入真菌后的反应区变化和真菌生长状况一致.上述研究表明,适度的水分胁迫可能导致植物抗性的提高

【Abstract】 After an inoculation of fungi( Leptographium yunnanensis ) associated with Tomicus piniperda to the trunk of Pinus yunnanensis tree,the change of peroxdase and peroxidase isoenzyme in reaction zone of phloem is remarkable.The activity of the peroxidase increased considerably when compared with that in normal phloem.One or three new isoenzyme bands emerged in isoenzyme diagram,but there were distinct changes in peroxdase and peroxidase isoenzyme in different ecological conditions.The changes were greater in water deficient conditioned site than those in water well conditioned.The activity of peroxidase isoenzyme in water deficient conditioned area is greater than that in water well conditioned area.These were corresponding to the result of the aggressiveness of fungus strain.So it is proposed that moderate water deficits can lead to increase disease resistance of plant.
