【摘要】 目的　探讨血浆和房水内皮素 1(ET 1) ,白细胞介素 8(IL 8)与人工晶状体植入术后炎性并发症关系。方法　对 40例晶状体囊外摘出后房型人工晶状体植入术后 3种不同级别炎性并发症家兔进行血浆和房水ET 1,IL 8测定 ,检测方法为放射免疫测定。结果　 40只家兔ET 1,IL 8术后在血浆和房水内较术前均升高 ,且与术后炎性并发症呈正相关。结论　检测血浆和房水中ET 1、IL 8水平可作为监测术后恢复情况 ,估计预后及转归的实验室指标更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of the relationship among the level of the endothelin 1(ET 1)and interleukin 8(IL 8)in serum and aqueous humor and the grade of the complication in rabbits after lens extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation(PC IOL).MethodsPC IOL implantation was performed in forty rabbits change of the ocular anterior segment on day 3 were observed by light microscope.According to the exudation of fibrin in anterior chamber,the amount of inflammatory cells on the surface of IOL,the postoperative complication was divided into three grades.The level of ET 1 and IL 8 from the sample of 4 ml venous blood and 300 ul aqueous humor at preoperation and on the 3 rd d were determined by radioimmunoassy.ResultsAll rabbits had higher level of ET 1 and IL 8 in serum and aqueous humor after operation as compared to preoperative stage,which correlated to the postoperative grade of the complication.Of the total of 40 rabbits,11 rabbits belonged to zero degree,16 to first,and 13 to second.ConclusionIt is very important to determine the ET 1 and IL 8 in serum and aqueous humor in rabbits after extracapsular lens extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation,which may help to judge the postoperative recovery and to predict the postoperative recovery.更多还原
