【摘要】 目的　探讨视网膜静脉阻塞 (PVO)与血小板平均体积 (MPV)、血小板计数 (PLT)的关系。方法　　采用美国CD 160 0型血液分析仪对RVO、单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变 (BDR)、Ⅱ型糖尿病 (DM)、高血压、对照组共 10 8例的PLT、MPV测定 ,用方差检验进行统计学分析。结果　在MPV比较上 ,RVO组显著大于DM组、高血压组 (P <0 0 1) ,RVO组明显大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对PLT比较 ,RVO组显著低于DM组和高血压组 (P <0 0 1) ,RVO组与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 10 )。结论　血小板对RVO起作用不是依靠其数量 ,而可能与大体积血小板具有高功能潜力 ,易发生粘连、聚集和释放反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the relationships between retinal vein occlusion(RVO)and mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet count(PLT).MethodsThe American CD 1600 model blood abalysis instrument was used to measure PLT and MPV of 108 patients including those with RVO,simple diabetic retinopathy(SDR),type Ⅱ diabetes(DM),hypertension and control group.Student F test was used to assess the statistical significance.ResultsThe MPV was significantly higher in RVO group than in DM group,hypertension group(P<0 01)and control group(P<0 05).The level of PLT in RVO group was significantly lower than in DM group and in hypertension group(P<0 01).There was no difference between PLT in RVO group and in control group(P<0 10).There was no difference between PLT in RVO group and control group(P>0.10).ConclusionPlatelets play an important role in RVO.Their function doesn’t depend on their number.更多还原
