【摘要】 目的:探讨超声乳化手术在白色白内障治疗中的应用价值及手术技巧。方法:对90例行超声乳化手术的白色白内障患者进行分析,总结手术中的技巧。在术中根据核的硬度分为两组,白色核组52眼,棕色核组38眼,用两种不同的手术方法来处理晶体核。术后随访3～6个月。结果:90眼中环形撕囊成功80眼占88.9％。术后一天视力≥0.5者共75眼占83.3％,在75眼中白色核组47眼,棕色核组28眼,术后1天视力≥0.5者两组间差异有显著性。(P<0.05)。白色核组的平均超声时间和能量较棕色核组小。手术并发症主要是角膜轻度水肿和后囊膜破裂。术后3个月随访患者视力均在0.5以上。结论:白色白内障行超声乳化手术有一定困难,要求术者有熟练的手术技巧和经验,特别是良好的环形撕囊及核劈裂技术。手术成功率仍较高,术后早期视力恢复快。超声乳化术在白色白内障中有应用价值。眼科学报2000;16:252～253。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value and technique of Phacoemulsification in white cataract. Methods: Ninty eyes of senile cataract were divided into two groups by the density of the nuclei. Different operative technique was done in two groups.Rusults: The success rate of the continuous curvilinear capsulorhexiswas 88. 9% . Seventy five eyes have got the visual acuity over 0. 5 on the first day after the operation. There was significant difference between two groups. The complications of operation were mild corneal edema and posterior capsule tear.Conclutions: It’s difficult to complete the phacoemulsification of white cataract. The surgeons are required the skillful technique and experience. However, phacoemulsification is valuable in white cataract. Eye Science 2000; 16: 252-253.更多还原
