示波计时电位法测定矿石中的镓和铟
Study on High Sensitive Color Reaction of Diantipyryl ( p hydroxy ) vinylphenyl methane with Vanadium(Ⅴ)
【摘要】 在pH 5 0的茜素S KCl HAc NaAc La3+溶液中 ,Ga(Ⅲ )、In(Ⅲ )具有良好的示波图 ,其切口电位为 - 1 38V和 - 0 86V(vs SCE) ,可分别进行测定。镓的质量浓度在 1 0 0~ 1 80 0 μg/L内、铟的质量浓度在 5~ 1 40 μg/L内与切口高度呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限Ga为 90 μg/L及In为5μg/L。通过萃取与干扰元素分离之后 ,对闪锌矿、锡石样品中的镓、铟测定 ,8次测定的RSD分别为 5 3%和 6 5% ,加标回收试验的回收率Ga为 96 1 6% ,In为 97 2 2 %。
【Abstract】 s: Diantipyryl ( p hydroxy )vinylphenylmethane(DA p HVM) was synthesized and the color reaction of DA p HVM with vanadium (Ⅴ) was studied. In the presence of Mn (Ⅱ) and Tween 20, DA p HVM reacts with vanadium (Ⅴ) to form a red complex in phosphoric acid medium. The maximum absorption is at 540 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.03×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~50 μg/L for vanadium(Ⅴ). The method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium (Ⅴ) in the steel samples and Chinese herbs. The recovery of standard addition is 96%~105% with precision of < 3.5% RSD ( n =5). The results are in agreement with those provided by AAS.
