大管径超声波煤气流量计的研制
Development of ultrasonic gas flowmeter for large diameter pipeline
【摘要】 由同济大学声学研究所研制的大管径超声波煤气流量计,采用非介入式的超声波探头,直接进行煤气流量的连续在线检测,经过温度和压力的自动补偿后,其测量精度优于2%。超声波煤气流量计的最大测量管径为 3 000 mm。
【Abstract】 An ultrasonic gas flowmeter for large diameter pipeline has been developed by Institute of Acoustics of Tongji University. It uses non-intruded ultrasonic probes for online measurement of gas flow quantity. Its accuracy is better than 2% after the automatic correction of temperature and pressure. The largest measurement diameter of pipeline of the ultrasonic gas flowmeter is 3 000 mm.
