棒材打捆机控制系统的研究与应用
Design and application of bar binding machine’s control system
【摘要】 通过对打捆机的分析研究,研制了基于PLC的双CPU模块的棒材全自动打捆机控制系统,描述了控制系统的软、硬件设计方法。该方法不但满足了系统所需的输入输出量,扩大了程序的存储量,并且因两个 CPU的分工协作,大大提高了打捆的速度和可靠性,在最新研制的两台打捆机的实际运用中得到充分体现。
【Abstract】 Through the deep theoretical research and analysis on bar binding machine, a PLC control system with double CPU is designed, and the way of designing software and hardware is described. This method not noly meets the need of input and output and enlarges the memory capacity of the program, but also increases the binding speed and reliability due to cooperation based on division of labor of double CPU, which is fully applied in the designing.
