【Abstract】 A secondary spray water cooling control model for slab caster with the aid of object temperaturecontrol is introduced and its application is presented. Based on metallurgical criterion and heat transfer mechanism. the optimal water flow rate of the secondary cooling zone is calculated according to practical processand caster parameters. On the basis of the water flow rate calculated by the model, the actual water flow rateof the secondary cooling zone is controlled so as to obtain the best cooling effect.更多还原
