【摘要】 采用内规镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉 142例。结果治愈 112例 (78.8% ) ,好转 2 8例 (19.7% ) ,无效 2例(1.4% ) ;并发症 5例 (3.5 % )。认为鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎 ,鼻息肉疗效显著 ,少数民族地区开展内窥镜手术有其特点 ,完整的术前术后综合治疗和及时的术后处理是保证疗效的重要手段更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to estimate the importance and effectiveness of conducting endoscope sinus surgery in minority district hospital, 142 minority patients with chronic nasal sinusitis or nasal polyps undergone endoscopic sinus surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Of all patients, 112 cases (78.87%) were cured, 28 cases (19.7%) improved, 2 cases (1.4%) unimproved and 5 cases (3.5%) were found with complications. Results showed that intranasal endoscopic sinus surgery was effective on treating nasal sinusitis and nasal polyps and had its specialty in minority. The major means to get a good result is a full complex therapy before and after operation and a careful endoscopic follow-up.更多还原
