【摘要】 对 3 2例接受治疗性经内镜逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)患者资料进行回顾性分析。其中胆道引流 16例 ,经内镜乳头肌切开 15例 (合并取石 10例 ) ,取蛔虫 1例。全部胆总管结石清除。患者临床情况改善 ,无严重并发症。认为治疗性ERCP对胆胰疾病的治疗是一种有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors undertook a retrospective study to the data of 32 cases of therapeutic ERCP. Of these cases, 16 were biliary drainage; 15 were endoscopic sphincterotomy ( 10 of them received lithous extraction ), 1 was ascaris extraction. All choledochelith were cleared up. Satisfactory treatment was achieved with no severe complication. It is suggested that therapeutis ERCP is an effective method for cholangio-pancreatic diseases.更多还原
