KY-3型聚合物与聚合氯化铝复配处理采油污水研究

【摘要】 运用KY 3型阳离子聚合物与无机聚合物复配对中原油田含油污水进行了处理。研究结果表明 :KY 3型聚合物的分子量、加入量、污水 pH值及温度等对处理效果影响较大。当聚合物相对分子质量为 12 0万时 ,处理效果随聚合物加入量增大、污水温度及pH值升高而增强。

【Abstract】 A cationic organic polymer, KY 3, is applied to treating produced water of the 2nd Zhongyuan Oil Production factory in combination with polyaluminum chloride(PAC). It is shown that for KY 3 the optimal molecular weight is 1.2×10 6 and the use level is in range 0.5—1.0 mg/L the use level of PAC is 45 mg/L; the effectiveness of water purification by this combination is enhanced with increasing pH and temperature of the water treated but in less extent than that by PAC used alone. The field trial of KY 3+PAC is successful.
