【摘要】 根据宝浪油田原油的组成和性质 ,拟定了原油基压裂液胶凝剂的合成方法及工艺。以五氧化二磷、短碳链烷基磷酸酯、高碳醇、中碳醇等为原料 ,采用两步法合成了胶凝剂产品FAX 6。室内评价结果表明 ,采用该剂配制的原油基压裂液具有较好的综合性能 ,可以满足宝浪油田压裂改造的需要更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical structure of gelating agent FAX 6 for the hydrofracturing fluid(HFF) based on crude oil from Baolang Oil Fields is designed in consideration of the composition and properties of the crude oil. By using a two step method of synthesis FAX 6 is prepared from phosphor oxide, short chain(C 1—C 4) alkyl phosphate, and medium(C 6—C 10 ) and long chain (C 12 —C 18 ) alcohols. The HFF composed of FAX 6, crosslinker(sodium metaaluminate) and gel breaker(sodium acetate) in Baolang crude oil has satisfactory performance properties and can meet the requirements to hydrofracturing operations at Baolang Oil Fields.更多还原
