【摘要】 油基冻胶压裂液高温稳定剂PW 1是由酸、离子络合剂和表面活性剂等组成。本文着重讨论了PW 1对压裂液的最佳交联比、最佳pH值、成胶速度及抗温抗剪切性能的影响。研究结果表明 :加 0 .0 8%PW 1可使压裂液的使用温度从 90℃提高到 12 0℃ ,并显著加快成胶速度。通过华北油田 3口井的压裂施工说明了加PW 1的油基冻胶压裂液的现场应用效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Thermal stabilizer PW 1 is a compounded additive for oil base phosphoric acid ester/NaAlO 2 gelling fracturing fluids(OBGFFs) consisting of an acid, an organic complexor, and a surfactant. The effects of PW 1 on gelation of a crude oil base PE98/NaAlO 2 OBGFF and on viscosity and temperature/shear resistance of the gel formed are investigated. For 1.5% PE98/0.234 NaAlO 2/crude oil system, the thermal resistance is increases by 30℃ with 0.08% PW 1 added. The successful field uses of the thermally stabilized by PW 1 OBGFF in fracturing operations for 3 production wells in Huabei are described.更多还原
