聚合醇处理剂JLX作用机理研究
A MECHANISMIC STUDY OF POLYALCOHOLS JLX IN WATER BASE DRILLING FLUID
【摘要】 聚合醇JLX是一种新型的泥浆处理剂 ,是协调钻井工程技术和环境保护之间矛盾的产物。现场应用表明 :聚合醇具有优异的防塌、润滑和保护油气层等特性。本文通过实验对聚合醇的作用机理进行了研究 :(1)聚合醇为一非离子型低分子聚合物 ,具有浊点效应。利用分光光度法研究了不同温度下聚合醇在粘土上的吸附特性。结果表明温度对聚合醇吸附量的影响最为显著 ,温度升高时吸附量增加 ,当温度超过其浊点温度时 ,聚合醇发生相分离 ,在粘土表面形成一层憎水膜 ,抑制粘土的水化膨胀 ,有利于防塌 ;在浊点以下温度在粘土上的吸附特性基本符合Langmuir型 ;而在浊点以上温度 ,随着浓度增加吸附量接近直线式增加。 (2 )测定了聚合醇泥浆滤液与煤油的界面张力 ,聚合醇的加入能降低油水界面张力 ,对保护油气层非常有利。 (3)聚合醇JLX的荧光级极低 ,不干扰地质录井 ,有利于发现油气层
【Abstract】 The adsorption on clay particles, the interfacial activity, and the fluorescence of polyalcohols JLX are studied to acquire some understanding of their functioning mechanisms in water base drilling fluid(shale inhibition and borehole stabilzation, lubrication, and reservoir formation protection). The adsorption of JLX(nonionic copolymers of low molecular weight) on clayparticles is notably influenced by varying temperature. At temperatures>cloud point(31℃) the adsorption increases with temperature and phase separation occurs in solution and leads to formation of protective adsorbed bydrophobic JLX film on the clay particles. JLX introduced into a drilling fluid can reduce the interfacial tension between the drilling fluid filtrate and oil and thus helps in reservoir formation protection. The fluorescence grade and toxicity of JLX are low.
