【Abstract】 Four symmetrical and asymmetrical pyrylium - squarylium cyanine dyes were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopy and element analysis. Absorption spectra, melting points and solubilities were studied . It was revealed that pyrylium - squarylium cyanine dyes had longer absorption wavelength and better solubilites than other squarylium cyanine dyes. The unusual melting points were explained by Dye 2 single crystal packing structure.更多还原
