双(二苄基锡杂环羧酸酯)氧化物的合成与表征

【摘要】 通过二苄基氧化锡与杂环取代羧酸反应,合成了8种新的双(二苄基锡杂环羧酸酯)氧化物{[(PhCH22SnO2CR]2O}2(R=2-呋喃基,2-呋喃乙烯基,2-噻吩基,3-吡啶基,4-吡啶基,2-吡啶基,3-吲哚甲基,3-吲哚丙基)。生物活性测试表明,部分化合物具有一定的抗癌活性。

【Abstract】 Eight new bis(dibenzylstannic heteroaromatic radical carboxylate)oxides (R - 2 - furanyl, 2 - furanvinyl, 2 - thiophenyl, 3 - pyridyl, 4 - pyridyl, 2 - pyridyl, 3 - indolymethyl, 3 - indolypropyl) were synthesized by the reaction of dibenzylstannic oxide with heteroarmotic radical substituted carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 molar ratio. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, MS,IR and NMR(1H, Sn). These results revealed that the compounds adopt the dicarboxylate tetraorganodistannoxane structure mode and the four carboxylate ligande were coordinated to Sn in bidentate. The 119Sn NMR spectroscopy indicated the presence of two distinct sixcoordinate tin centers. The compounds were tested in vitro against two human tumour cell lines, MCF - 7, a mammary tumour, and WiDr, a colon carcinoma. Some of them showed antitumor activities.
