【摘要】 目的　探讨99m锝 甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)显像对乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别价值及对阳性腋淋巴结的显像。方法　住院手术的 19例乳腺肿块及腋淋巴结进行99mTc MIBI显像 ,并与病理结果相对比。结果　 14例恶性肿瘤显像 14例 ,5例良性肿瘤显像 2例 ;7例腋淋巴结阳性显像 6例 ,7例腋淋巴结阴性显像 1例 ;2例单侧乳腺癌显像双侧腋淋巴结阳性并经病理证实。结论　99mTc MIBI显像敏感、方便可作为乳腺肿块的初筛方法 ;阳性腋淋巴结的显像对指导手术及综合治疗有实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of 99m Tc-MIBI breast tumor and axillary lymph node image.Method 99m Tc-MIBI breast tumor and axillary lymph node image was performed in 19 patients with palpable breast mass.All were phathologically verified after operation.Results 14 of 19 patients were breast carcinoma.All of the 14 patients had positive imaging.Of five patients with benign lesion,two patients were positive.Among seven patients with positive axillary lymph node,six patients were detected. One of the seven patients with negative axillary lymph node was positively detected.In two patients with unilateral breast carcinoma,bilateral axillary lymph nodes were involved and proved pathologically.Conclusion 99m Tc-MIBI imaging is sensitive,convenient,non-invasive and can be used as the primary tool to detect the breast mass.It has important clinical value for the positive axillary lymph node imaging to decide the operative method and postoperative treatment.更多还原
