【摘要】 目的　了解心肌特异性肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法　用双抗ELISA法动态测定 46例病毒性心肌炎患者的血清cTnI,同时检测肌酸激酶同功酶 (CK MB)。结果　 46例患者cTnI的阳性率为 80 4% ,CK MB的阳性率为 45 7% (P <0 0 5 )。病程 15天cTnI的检出率为 80 4% ,而CK MB的检出率为 2 1 3 % (P <0 0 1)。病程 6 0天cTnI的检出率为 2 4 4% ,而CK MB正常。结论　cTnI诊断病毒性心肌炎较CK MB具有更高的敏感性和持异性 ,诊断窗口时间较CK MB长。测定cTnI有助于病毒性心肌炎的早期诊断和了解疾病进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in myocardial injury of viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods Serum levels of cTnI was assayed with a double monoclonal ELISA.Concentration of isoenyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB) was measured at the same time.Results In 46 patients with VMC,the positive detection rate of cTnI was 80 4%,and that of CK-MB was only 45 7%( P <0 05).At the fifteenth day,the positive detection rate of cTnI was 80 4%,but that of CK-MB was only 21 3%( P <0 01).At the sixtieth day,the positive detection rate of cTnI was 24 4% and that of CK-MB was normal.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of the serum cTnI to diagonse VMC are excellent,and the assay window time of cTnI is also longer than that of CK-MB.The assay of cTnI might become a good index in the early diagonsis of VMC and the determin ation of its progress.更多还原
