【摘要】 目的　分析人nm2 3基因表达与乳腺癌的转移、复发及估计预后的关系。方法　应用sp免疫组化法检测 180例乳腺癌患者中nm2 3基因蛋白的表达。 结果　显示nm2 3基因在 99例(5 5 % )有表达。研究表明nm2 3基因的表达与原发瘤体大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级显著相关 (P<0 0 1) ,与淋巴结转移程度呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。而与月经状况及癌周围浸润无相关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　提示人nm2 3基因表达可作为临床对乳腺癌的转移、复发及估计预后的一个可靠的检测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between the expression of nm23 and the metastasis,recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods The expression of oncogene nm23 protein in 180 cases of breast cancer were determined with immunohistochemical SP method.Results The nm23 expressed in 99 cases (55%).The results showed that the expression of nm23 was inversely correlated with the tumor size,lymph node involvement,histologic grade ( P <0 01) and the degree of nodul metastasis ( P <0 05).The oncogene expression has no relationship with menstruation and tumor peripheral infiltration ( P >0 05).Conclusion It was suggested that the expression of nm23 was a useful clinical index in evaluating the metastasis,recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
