【摘要】 目的　探讨ToRCH系列感染与异常妊娠结局的关系 ,为做好优生优育提供有价值的实验依据。方法　采用间接ELISA对 45例有异常妊娠结局妇女作ToRCH 4种病原体抗体检测 ,并对部分IgM (或IgG)阳性者作了PCR检测。对其中的 2 1例与ToRCH感染有关的异常妊娠结局胚胎组织块作了PCR检测和对 10例异常新生儿作了母子配对血清学诊断。结果　 45例异常妊娠结局妇女中ToX、RubV、CMV、HSV的IgM阳性率分别为 2 0 %、5 1%、44 4%和2 9 7% ,并发现同一病例有 2种或 2种以上病原体同时感染的情况 ,血清PCR结果与之基本一致。 2 1例异常妊娠结局者 (流产、早产、死胎、先天缺陷 ) ,其胚胎组织中 (人流混合物、死胎脑组织块 )PCR检测均有ToRCH系列中的 1种、2种或 2种以上病原体感染 ,与上述ELISA结果吻合。 10对新生儿脑炎血清与对应母亲血清抗体检测表明 ,垂直传播率ToX与CMV分别为 5 0 %和 40 %。结论　妇女ToRCH系列感染是造成异常妊娠结局的重要原因之一 ,必须进行检测和有效控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between a series of ToRCH infection in women and abnormal pregnant outcome,so as to offer the valuable evidence for bearing and rearing better children. Methods The sera from 45 women of abnormal pregnant outcome were tested for anti 4 pathogens of ToRCH antibodies with an indirect ELISA, and a part of IgM(or IgG) positive cases were detected by PCR assay again. The parts of embryo tissues of 21 cases associated with ToRCH series infection are also detected by PCR,and the sera from 10 couples of mothers and abnormal newborns were detected by indirect ELISA. Results The positive rates of Anti ToX,RubV,CMV and HSV IgM of 45 cases were 20%,51%,44 4% and 29 7% respectively, there were two or beyond two of pathogens infection simultaneously in the same case, the results of PCR were similar to ELISAs. 4 stillbirth brain tissues and 6 miscarriage mixtures from 21 abnormal pregnant outcome(including 9 miscarriages, 4 premature deliveries, 5 stillbirths and 3 congenital defects) had one, two or beyond two of ToRCH infection by PCR, similar to ELISA’s too. The antibodies of 10 encephalitis of newborns and their mothers suggest that the vertical spread rates of ToX and CMV were 50% and 40% respectively. Conclusion ToRCH series infection is the important reason causing abnormal pregnant outcome in women,they must be given effective detection and control.更多还原
