【摘要】 目的　探讨骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的出现对骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)的诊断价值。方法　对 5 1例MDS和5 0例其他血液病以及 5 0例急性白血病患者骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的阳性率进行分析比较。结果　MDS患者骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的阳性率明显高于其他血液病患者 (P <0 0 1) ,但是低于急性白血病患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的检查对MDS的诊断具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the clinical significance of preursor clusters from bone marrow smear in myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS). Methods The positive rate of 51 cases of MDS, The 50 of acute leukemia(AL), and 50 of other hematological disorders were compared with that of precursor clusters from bone marrow smear in above patients. Results The positive rate of precursor clusters from bone marrow smear in patients with MDS were markedly higher than that of patients with other hematological disorders ( P <0 01),but lower than that of AL patients( P <0 05). Conclusion Assay of precursor clusters in bone marrow smear has potential diagnostic value in MDS.更多还原
