大锥角重叠缠绕防热层亚缺陷分析
Sub-default Analysis of Bigger Angle Cone Heat Shield Materials Made by Piling up Winding
【摘要】 常压固化成型的大锥角重叠缠绕玻璃 /酚醛防热层 ,容易产生在小锥角防热层中不常见的一些缺陷。对大锥角防热层的亚缺陷进行无损检测、烧蚀性能、力学性能及扫描电镜分析 ,分析表明亚缺陷对材料的结构和性能有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 Bigger angle cone heat shield of glass/phenolic material via piling up winding and non pressure curing has some defaults which rarely occur in small angle cone heat shield.It is indicated that the sub default has influence on materials microstructure and some properties on the basis of NDT,TEM and analysis of ablative and mechanical property.
