【Abstract】 A new addition cured RTV(room temperature vulcanizing) silicone rubber named KH—SP—B is presented here. It is characterized by very lower total weight loss below 0.3% at 125℃×24 h and 1×10 -10 MPa, higher adhesive strenght above 2 MPa between metal and polyimide, better heat resistance with pyrolysis temperature of 524℃, better low temperature property with brittle temperature of -114℃ and the lower volume resistivity of 1.3×10 16 Ω·cm.It can be considered as a good quality space grade addition cured RTV silicone rubber.更多还原
