【摘要】 目的　研究速效救心丸对噪声危害的拮抗作用。方法　口服速效救心丸对 12 6名坦克乘员进行噪声的防治 ,同时以 117名口服安慰剂进行对照。每年定期调查乘员的自觉症状 ,并进行听力、心电图、超声心动图等检查。结果　速效救心丸组乘员听力损失发生率明显低于对照组 ,两组相比 ,每年均有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心血管系统异常及神经系统危害等均低于对照组。结论　速效救心丸对噪声危害具有较好的拮抗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effcet of resistance of quick acting heart treatment pill on noise.Methods To take orrally quick acting heart treatment pills in order to keep 126 tank crew from noise in contrast to 127 tank crew who take orrally placebos A yearly regular investigation is conducted about subjective symptoms of tank crew Also an examination is made about hearing ECG UCG and so on Results The team in which tank crew take quick acting heart treatment pill suffers from hearing loss far less than the contrast team Every year there are differences between the two teams The former is lower than the latter in cardiovascular system abnormality and nervous system harmfulness Conclusion Quick acting heart treatment pill has a better resistance to noise harmfulness更多还原
