中毒食物中毒鼠强的气相色谱/质谱分析
Aanlysis of Tetramine in Poisoned Food by Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer,
【摘要】 目的 测定中毒食物中的毒鼠强。方法 用乙腈 (或二氯甲烷 )萃取食物中的毒鼠强 ,用HP - 5MS(低流失 ,5 %二苯基和 95 %二甲基聚硅氧烷 )石英毛细管柱分离 ,质谱仪进行鉴定。结果 毒鼠强浓度在 1 0~ 80 . 0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 . 9990。方法检出限为 1 0ng。样品加标平均回收率为98%。结论 本方法应用于实际中毒样品的测定 ,获得令人满意的结果
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the tetramine in poisoned food.Methods Tetramine of poisoned samples was extracted by acetonitrile (or dichloromethane) isolated by HP-5MS(low-bleed,5%diphenyl-and 95% dimethyl-polysiloxane) silica capillary column,and identified by mass spectrometer.Results The concentration of tetramine was the ranged from 1 0 to 8 0 μg·ml -1 with well linear relation.The relative coefficient is 0 9990.The detectability of the method is 1.0ng.The average recovery rate is 98% to add tetramine into the samples.Conclusion The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of poisoned food with satisfactory results.
