高硫煤基磺化煤处理含NH3-N废水的机理研究
Study on the Treatment Mechanism of NH3-N-Containing Wastewater Using the Activated Sulphonated Coal from High Sulfur Coal
【摘要】 探讨以高硫煤基磺化煤为吸附剂 ,用稀硫酸溶液再生的物理化学方法处理含 NH3-N废水。考察了温度、时间、吸附剂用量以及 p H值等工艺条件对高硫煤基磺化煤吸附 NH3-N性能的影响 ,并用 FT-IR谱图对高硫煤基磺化煤吸附废水中 NH3-N的机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明 ,此方法简便易行 ,经济实用 ;采用此方法 ,不但可有效地脱除废水中 NH3-N,且可回收利用 NH3-N,并实现高硫煤的综合利用。
【Abstract】 NH 3-N is one of the nutritious matters in wastewater. A good adsorbent is obtained which can be easily regenerated without second contamination by physical-chemical and chemical methods. The result of treatment satisfies the state standard. With the study, the sulphonated coal prepared from Huangbaici high-sulfur coal is considered as excellent adsorbent, dilute sulfuric acid a good regenerant, for dealing with NH 3-N-containing wastewater. The influences of temperature, adsorption time, sulphonated coal amount and pH value in wastewater on NH 3-N adsorption of the activated sulphonated coal have been studied. The mechanism for the sulphonated coal adsorbing NH 3-N from wastewater is discussed with results of FT-IR given.
