【摘要】 为寻找新的膀胱再生术 ,采用乙状结肠 (或回肠 )剔除粘膜扩大再生膀胱的方法 ,进行了 1 4条狗的实验研究和 4例患者的临床应用研究。第一批 5条狗全部死亡 ,第二批 9条狗除 1条死亡外 ,余 8条存活。 4例病人均获成功。术后随访 ( 4.5～ 1 2 )年 ,都能自控排尿 ,生活质量明显提高。该法基本符合解剖生理要求 ,不致体内水电紊乱 ,疗效好 ,并发症少 ,是一种较理想的新的膀胱再生术更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find new method for regeneration of bladder,this operation for the enlargement and rebirth of urinary bladder has used sigmoid or ileum with removed mucosa.The operation was carried out on 14 experimental dogs and 4 clinical patients.The first five dogs all died while only one of nine later operated dogs died.Four clinical patients all have survived.In the following observation in 4.5～12 years,the patients could control urine consciously.Their life quality has improved greatly.It is proposed that this method fits in anatomical and physiological requirements.It doesn’t give rise to water and electrolyte disorder in human body.The operation was ideal for regeneration of new bladder with sound effect and fewer complications.更多还原
