汽车尾气净化消声器的开发研究

【摘要】 论述了蜂窝陶瓷载体稀土催化净化器的设计原则及试验目的 ,提出了用净化装置替代普通消声器的构想 ,即选择合理的设计参数 ,使尾气净化装置在满足净化时对废气空速和起燃温度要求的前提下 ,具有消声作用。试验结果表明 ,对于本试验用净化器 ,当蜂窝载体被安装于第二腔时 ,实际消声量频率特性曲线完全覆盖必需消声量频率特性曲线 ;在发动机以 4 50 r/ min的转速怠速工作时 ,CO,HC的净化转化率可达 90 %以上

【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with design principles and test purposes for the honeycomb like ceramic substrate of catalytic converter and presents an idea that the catalytic conveerter may replace conventional muffler.If design parameters are selected reasonably,the catalytic converter has the function of noise reduction while it meets the needs of exhaust gas velocity and starting temperature for purification.Experimental result has shown that the practical frequency characteristic curve of noise reduction quantity completely covers the necessary curve for this experimental catalytic converter with substrate mounted in the second container,and the purifying rates for CO and HC can reach 90% when the engine runs at 450r/m idling condition.
