游泳对慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠内皮素和一氧化氮的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨游泳锻炼是否能改善慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠的内皮素 (ET)与一氧化氮 (NO)的代谢。方法 :31只SD大鼠先随机分成舱外正常对照组 (NC ,10只 )与慢性低氧高二氧化碳 (CHH)模型组。 4周后 ,模型组又随机分为模型对照组 (HC ,8只 )与游泳锻炼组 (HS ,13只 )。HS组大鼠每天游泳 30分钟 ,每周 6天 ,共 4周。比色分析法测一氧化氮代谢产物 (NO-x) ,放免法测ET。结果 :(1)游泳锻炼使慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠血浆、肺组织匀浆的NO-x 明显升高。 (2 )游泳运动有降低慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠血浆ET含量的作用。 (3)游泳能调整慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠失调的ET/NO-x 比例。结论 :游泳锻炼能提高慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠的一氧化氮水平 ,降低其内皮素水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of swimming exercise on endothelin and nitric oxide in rats chronically exposed to hypoxia-hypercapnia.Methods Thirty-one Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups,normal control group(NC,n=10) and chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia group(CHH).After four weeks exposed to hypoxia-hypercapnia,CHH was subdivided into two:hypoxia control group(HC,n=8) and swimming exercise group (HS,n=13).HS swam exercise for 4 weeks,6 days/week,30 minutes/day.Contents of nitrate/nitrite(NO - x),a stable metabolic product of nitric oxide,and endothelin (ET) in plasma and pulmonary homogenate were measured using colorimetric analysis and radioimmunoassay.Results A marked increase of NO - x and a significant decrease of ET were found in HS rats as compared with HC group.The rate of ET/ NO - x was apparently higher in HC rats than in NC group.Swimming exercise can restore the rate of ET/ NO - x which was apparently increased to normal level due to chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia. Conclusion Swimming exercise increased nitric oxide production, decreased endothelin release.
