游泳训练和硒缺乏对大鼠血清睾酮及心肌线粒体钙流入的影响
Effects of Selenium Deficiency and Swimming Training on Serum Testosterone Level and Heart Mitochondria Calcium Influx in Rat
【摘要】 对成年大鼠进行 6周低硒饲料喂养及游泳耐力训练后发现 :低硒明显降低安静和训练大鼠血硒及安静大鼠血睾酮含量 ;训练明显降低适硒大鼠血睾酮 ;低硒训练大鼠存在一定的代偿能力 ,使其血硒和睾酮含量不致进一步降低。低硒及游泳耐力训练后心肌线粒体钙流入分别有增加和降低的趋势。两者的机理可能不同 ,前者可能是低硒时线粒体膜结构完整性受损 ,后者可能是由于钙转运功能受损。呼吸刺激剂ADP明显增加线粒体钙流入。
【Abstract】 We investigated effects of six-week selenium(Se)deficiency and swimming training on serum testosterone level and heart mitochondria calcium influx in adult Wistar rat.The result showed that serum Se was decreased in sedentary and trained rats.Serum testosterone was decreased in sedentary rat.Swimming training depressed serum testosterone in Se adequate rat.Se-deficient trained rat slightly developed the compensatory ability in maintaining serum Se and testosterone secretion.Increased and decreased tendency in mitochondria calcium influx was seen in Se-deficient and trained rats respectively.The mechanism for Se deficiency may be due to destroyed mitochondria membrane integrality,and for training destroyed calcium transportation.Respiratory stimulant ADP significantly increased mitochondria calcium influx.Addition of ADP to medium may increase ATP production,resulting in driving the calcium influx.
