有氧运动对ApoE基因缺陷小鼠高密度脂蛋白受体SR-BI基因表达的影响
Effect of Aerobic Exercise on Gene Expression of High-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (SR-BI) in ApoE-Deficient Mice
【摘要】 高密度脂蛋白受体是胆固醇的代谢和转运机制中的关键环节 ,为了探讨有氧运动预防AS的发生和控制AS斑块进展的分子机制 ,本项目采用RT -PCR等方法研究了有氧运动对ApoE基因缺陷小鼠高密度脂蛋白受体SR -BI基因表达的影响。实验结果提示 ,有氧运动对AS斑块进展的抑制作用与组织SR -BI表达上调有关 ,有氧运动对SR -BI基因表达的影响涉及一个负反馈调节机制。
【Abstract】 High-density lipoprotein receptor plays a very important role in the mechanism of reverse transportation of cholesterol.To identify the molecular biology mechanism antiatherosclerosis effect of aerobic exercise,we use the technique of RT-PCR to study the effect of aerobic exercise on gene expression of high-density lipoprotein receptor,that is class B type I scavenger receptor (SR-BI), in ApoE-deficient mice.The results indicated that aerobic exercise inhibits the progress of atherosclerotic lesions is related with up-regulation of SR-BI mRNA in adrenal gland, ovary,testis,liver and artery tissues.SR-BI mRNA has been up regulated as a response to the reduction of cholesterol stores in exercise animals.These results imply that a mechanism of feedback is involved in the effect of aerobic exercise controlling expression of SR-BI mRNA.
